Promotion Terms and Conditions

*Void where prohibited. The Offer is valid until March 31, 2026 (the “Incentive Period”). To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to these terms and conditions, for Customers with fewer than 400 employees that enter into an Incentivized Purchase of RingEX or RingCX that is closed within the Incentive Period, RingCentral will offer service credits in an amount equal to the subscription fees for the Incentivized Services one month for each month remaining in the current term of the Customer’s contract with a business phone provider for Cloud Business Phone Services, up to the applicable maximums based on Customer Size set forth below (the “Offer”):

“Cloud Business Phone Services” are (i) UCaaS offerings sold or provided by Dialpad, 8x8, Nextiva, Vonage, Zoom, Cisco Webex, GoTo, ooma, or 3C, or (ii) CCaaS offerings sold or provided by Five9, Genesys, Talkdesk, 8x8, Zoom, Vonage, Dialpad, Genesys, Cisco, Ujet, or Livevox (now a Nice company).

An “Incentivized Purchase” is a purchase during the Incentive Period: (1) of a new subscription plan for an Incentivized Service; (2) with a minimum initial subscription term of 12 months (for Customers with up to 99 employees) or 15 months (for Customers with 100 to 399 employees); (3) by a new RingCentral customer ( as determined by RingCentral in its sole discretion) with fewer than 400 employees; (4) that is migrating the same number of lines or seats from Cloud Business Phone Services, and has a current contract with an authorized seller of  Cloud Business Phone Services (excluding any RingCentral provided UCaaS or CCaaS services, whether sold by RingCentral or a third party); (5) that is completed through RingCentral direct sales (sales through partners or resellers are not eligible); and (6) made in the US, Canada, UK, France or Australia.

“Incentivized Services” are RingCentral RingEX and/or RingCX services, as applicable. Customer must provide RingCentral with acceptable proof of Customer’s current contract term for its existing Cloud Business Phone Services. Promotional free service credits apply to base monthly recurring fee for RingEX and/or RingCX (as applicable), excluding certain fees, taxes, additional or premium services and other charges (e.g. international long-distance usage fees, toll-free numbers and usage fees, and/or professional services).

In order to maintain the benefits included in this Offer, a Customer must not: (i) be in breach of its agreement with RingCentral, (ii) terminate the Incentivized Services before the end of the agreed upon services terms, or (iii) make any other changes to the its agreement with RingCentral after execution that do not align with the terms of this Offer. Any such early termination or change may result in additional fees to the Customer. This Offer does not require or solicit the breach of Customer’s existing contract with its existing Cloud Business Phone Services, and this Offer is void if accepting it would require such termination or breach. If RingCentral determines that a Customer who received this Offer was not eligible to receive the Offer, then RingCentral is entitled to a refund equal to the full value of the services credits used, and RingCentral may cancel any unused services credits. Customers entering into Incentivized Purchase are not eligible for any other incentives or discounts. Demo sales, discounted sales for partner’s internal use, and resales do not qualify for this Offer.

These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice and RingCentral reserves the right to terminate this Offer at any time. The RingCentral Terms of Service apply: US/Canada Terms of Service; UK Terms of Service, French Terms of Service; Australia Terms of Service. This Offer cannot be combined or stacked with any other RingCentral promotions, offers, or free service credits. The individual accepting this Offer on behalf of the Customer must be a duly authorized representative of the Customer and must be at least 18 years of age. Customers may be subject to minimum credit requirements and RingCentral reserves the right to decline to enter into an agreement with a prospective customer who, in RingCentral’s discretion, does not comply with RingCentral’s customer requirements.
