Rob Theis

Rob Theis is the Chair of Compensation Committee and currently a General Partner, Chief Investment Officer at World Innovation Lab (WIL). Investments include Asana, Automation Anywhere, Auth0-Okta, BrightRoll, DocuSign, Fortinet, HubSpot, and RingCentral. Theis has invested in over 30 companies creating an aggregate market capitalization over $85 billion with eight IPOs and M&As.

Theis previously held executive positions at New Era of Networks (NEON), Sun Microsystems, and Silicon Graphics. Theis has a BA in economics and computer science from University of Pittsburgh and serves as a Sheriff on the Search and Rescue Dive Team.
