Tarun Arora

Tarun Arora is RingCentral's Chief Accounting Officer, bringing over 25 years of finance leadership experience across multinational public companies and Big Four auditing and consulting firms. Since joining RingCentral in 2019, he has been integral to the company's management team, initially serving as Corporate Controller before being promoted to CAO in February 2025.

During his RingCentral tenure, Arora has scaled global accounting operations by building strong teams while supporting pivotal growth initiatives including new product launches, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and international expansion. He currently oversees all aspects of global accounting and financial reporting, accounting operations (payroll, accounts payable, collections, stock administration), global taxes, and continuous enhancement of the company's internal control framework.

Arora has been instrumental in executing multiple complex capital transactions—including debt financing (convertible notes, high-yield bonds, term loans) and share repurchase programs—that have driven significant shareholder value. He successfully navigates complex accounting changes, implements robust financial systems and internal controls, drives process efficiency improvements and ensures compliance with evolving regulatory landscapes.

Prior to RingCentral, he held senior financial positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Renesas Electronics America, Intersil, and Ernst & Young. He's recognized as a trusted leader for his strategic vision, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to build high-performing teams.
Arora holds CPA and Chartered Accountant certifications, plus an undergraduate degree in accounting and finance from the University of Delhi, India.
