RingCentral acquired Hopin in 2023, and today RingCentral Events (formerly Hopin) continues that legacy as part of a complete video collaboration suite that includes Meetings, Rooms, and Events.
With many Hopineers coming along to RingCentral, we've continued to focus on our leadership in events, which includes significantly simplifying our plans and packaging, and big investments in innovation, partnerships, and capabilities to help event organizers succeed.
We offer three different paid plans on a per-organizer pricing basis, depending on your event needs. Each plan includes unlimited events and registrations, allowing you to run as many webinars and events needed. RingCentral Events pricing starts at $99 per organizer per month for our base Events Pro plan, with both annual and monthly (with annual commitment) payment options available.
Want to try it out first? Start with our free trial plan, which includes most core functionality for 30 days, and with limited registrations included.
No need to worry about any RingCentral Events overage limits plan. Each plan comes with unlimited events and registrations, meaning you can have as many attendees as needed. You shouldn't have to adjust your plan just because you’re running an event that was more successful than you anticipated.
If you expect an exceptionally large turnout, let us know ahead of time so we can ensure everything runs smoothly on our end.
